15.02.2012 | GRUENDEL Rechtsanwälte is successfully representing BMW at the judicial proceedings regarding the employment of temporary agency workers

In the first of a total of ten on-going trials regarding the employment of temporary agency workers, with its decision on 15 February 2012, the Leipzig Employment Court (Arbeitsgericht Leipzig) overruled the works council's decision to refuse consent for all temporary agency workers in this specific case so that they can continue to work (Ref. Az. 11 BV 79/11).
